We have several properties on our program that can be rented on a month-to-month basis. Below is a list of our furnished properties that are currently available for monthly rental. Some of the properties listed below do have a minimum lease, but most are available for anytime longer than 30 days.

| This is a three bedroom, two bath house located off of Amity Road. This home sits on a cove of Lake Hamilton, has a slight lake view from the deck area, and has access to a boatslip. It is decorated beautifully and is fully furnished, including a fully stocked kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, two queen beds, and one twin bed. All utilities are paid, but there is a $100 cap on the electric bill. This home is non-smoking. |
