Directions

From Little Rock- Take I-30 West Exit #111 onto Hwy 70 West into Hot Springs.  Approximately 18 ½ miles, you will take Exit #6, the Glenwood/ Mt. Ida exit and you will be on the Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway.  You will travel 7 miles and take Exit #5A, the Central South/Hwy 7 South exit and merge onto Central Avenue. Proceed about 4 miles going across all three (3) bridges over Lake Hamilton. The 4-lane highway going south will narrow into a 2-lane highway and our office will be on the right hand side of the road in a diamond shape 3 story brown building.  There is a large Hot Springs Vacation Rentals sign out front.   

From Texas & Louisiana- Take I-30 to Arkadelphia; take the Caddo Valley/Highway 7 North exit (Exit # 78) Proceed approximately 23-25 miles. There will be a red light at Highway 192/Amity Road ( there will be a Shell station on your right and a USA Drug on your left), proceed about three (3) blocks staying on Highway 7 and our office is located on the left hand side of the road in a diamond shape, 3 story brown building. There is a large Hot Springs Vacation Rentals sign out front.

From Oklahoma/Ft. Smith- Take I-40 East toward Ft. Smith. Merge onto     US -64 East via Exit #325 toward Roland (crossing into Arkansas).  Turn right onto US-71 BR S/Towson Ave. Continue to follow US-71 BR S.; US-71 BR S becomes US-71 S.;  US-71 S becomes AR-28. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto US-71. Turn left onto US-270.  US-270 becomes US-270 BR/Albert Pike Road. Merge onto US-270 E/Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway toward Malvern. Take the Higdon Ferry Road exit, Exit # 4. Turn right onto Higdon Ferry Road and continue about 2 miles until the road ends. Turn right onto Central Avenue and continue South, you will go over three (3) bridges.  The 4-lane highway going south will narrow into a 2-lane highway and our office will be on the right hand side of the road in a diamond shape 3 story brown building.  There is a large Hot Springs Vacation Rentals sign out front.
